Well the library at OCS has come a long way over the past year. We have updated the feel and look of the library, the collection and programming. The Media Advisory Committee has distributed the teacher and student surveys and are gathering data. I am looking forward to weeding and building the collection in the science area. Books will be collected from students in a few weeks for inventory purposes. Lots of library work ahead.
The SSYRA challenge is on and students are working on earning an ice cream party sponsored by PTA for reading at least 3 SSYRA books. Slips are due April 30th.
BOGO Book Fair is also coming May 28th.
Busy, busy....
